The registration fee includes participation at the conference's different activities, light lunch and coffee breaks each day, and the gala dinner on Thursday.

The accompanying person's registration fee includes participation at the opening lecture and the gala dinner. 

Support can be offered for the registration of Hungarian participants who don't have financial support from their institutions. Please contact us at varga100@sciencesconf.org

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration has to be made by writing to varga100@sciencesconf.org.

In case of cancellation until the 30 September 2019, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. After this date, and if registrants fail to attend the meeting for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund can be made.
